The company has a net smelter return royalty of 3.25% payable for up to 619,000 ounces of gold in the Siana Gold Project. The Siana Gold Project is located in Surigao del Norte Province on the island of Mindanao. Its subsidiaries include Opus Resources Pty Ltd, Darlot Mining Company Pty Ltd and Greenstone Resources (WA) Pty Ltd.
