BT8009 is a second-generation BTC designed to target Nectin-4, a validated tumor antigen. BT1718 is being developed to target tumors that express Membrane Type 1 matrix metalloproteinase (MT1 MMP). Its product candidates BT7480 and BT7455, are each a Bicycle tumor-targeted immune cell agonist (TICA).
