Calamos Global Dynamic Income Fund (the Fund) is a diversified, closed-end management investment company. The Fund’s investment objective is to generate a high level of current income with a secondary objective of capital appreciation. The Fund is focused on investing primarily in a globally diversified portfolio of convertible instruments, common and preferred stocks, and income-producing securities, such as investment grade and below investment grade (high yield/high risk) debt securities. Its asset allocation is spread across common stocks, convertible bonds, corporate bonds, convertible preferred stocks, bank loans and others. The Fund holds investments in various sectors, such as Information technology, consumer discretionary, financials, communication services, industrials, health care, energy, consumer staples, materials, utilities, real estate, airlines and other. Calamos Advisors LLC is the investment advisor of the Fund.
