The Company is focused on developing novel immunotherapies, based on its proprietary arenavirus platform, which is designed to mobilize and amplify targeted T cells and thereby fight or prevent serious disease. The Company’s replicating and non-replicating technologies are engineered to induce durable antigen-specific CD8+ T cell responses and pathogen-neutralizing antibodies. Its oncology portfolio includes three disclosed programs, HB-200, HB-300 and HB-700, all of which use its replicating technology. HB-200 is in clinical development for the treatment of Human Papillomavirus 16-positive (HPV16+) cancers in a Phase I/II clinical trial. HB-300 is in development for the treatment of prostate cancer and is in an ongoing Phase II clinical trial. HB-700 is in preclinical development for the treatment of KRAS mutated cancers, including lung, colorectal and pancreatic cancers.
