KNOT Offshore Partners LP (the Partnership) owns, operates, and acquires shuttle tankers primarily under long-term charters in the offshore oil production regions of the North Sea and Brazil. The Company owns and manages the shuttle tanker fleet. Its vessels operate on period charters with national oil companies and oil companies on a fixed-rate basis. It provides long term infrastructure to the offshore oil supply chain in Brazil and the North Sea. The Partnership has a fleet of about 18 shuttle tankers, which includes the Windsor Knutsen, the Bodil Knutsen, the Recife Knutsen, the Fortaleza Knutsen, the Carmen Knutsen, the Hilda Knutsen, the Torill Knutsen, the Dan Cisne, the Dan Sabia, the Ingrid Knutsen, the Raquel Knutsen, the Tordis Knutsen, the Vigdis Knutsen, the Lena Knutsen, the Brasil Knutsen, and the Anna Knutsen, among others.
