Oxford Square Capital Corp. is a closed-end, non-diversified management investment company. The Company’s investment objective is to maximize its portfolio’s total return. It primarily focuses on seeking attractive risk-adjusted total return by investing primarily in corporate debt securities and in collateralized loan obligations (CLO), which are structured finance investments that own corporate debt securities. CLO investments may also include warehouse facilities, which are early-stage CLO vehicles intended to aggregate loans that is used to form the basis of a CLO vehicle. It also invests in publicly traded debt and equity securities. Its portfolio includes its investments in various industries, such as structured finance, business services, software, telecommunication services, diversified insurance, information technology (IT) consulting, utilities, healthcare and plastics manufacturing. Its investment advisor is Oxford Square Management, LLC.
