Piedmont Office Realty Trust, Inc. is a fully integrated and self-managed real estate investment trust (REIT). The Company is engaged in the ownership, management, development, redevelopment, and operation of Class A office properties located primarily in the Sunbelt. The Company conducts its business through its wholly owned subsidiary, Piedmont Operating Partnership, L.P. It owns and operates approximately 51 in-service office properties, which are comprised of approximately 16.7 million square feet of primarily Class A office space and are 86.7% leased. In addition, the Company has one redevelopment asset comprising approximately 127,000 square feet in Orlando, Florida. Its properties are located in select sub-markets within seven United States office markets, including Atlanta, Dallas, Washington, D.C., Minneapolis, Boston, Orlando, New York, and others.
