The Company's segments include Rockies, which includes its wholly owned midstream assets located in the Williston Basin and the DJ Basin; Permian, which includes its equity method investment in Double E; Northeast, which includes its wholly owned midstream assets located in the Utica and Marcellus shale plays and its equity method investment in Ohio Gathering that is focused on the Utica Shale; Piceance, which includes its wholly owned midstream assets located in the Piceance Basin., and Barnett which includes its wholly owned midstream assets located in the Barnett Shale. It provides natural gas, crude oil and produced water gathering, processing and transportation services.
