Seritage Growth Properties is a fully integrated, self-administered and self-managed real estate investment trust (REIT). The Company is principally engaged in the ownership, development, redevelopment, management, sale and leasing of diversified retail and mixed-use properties throughout the United States. The Company’s portfolio consisted of interests in over 97 properties comprised of approximately 13.5 million square feet of gross leasable area (GLA) or build-to-suit leased area, approximately 157 acres held for or under development and approximately 6.1 million square feet or approximately 498 acres to be disposed of. Its portfolio consists of approximately 10.8 million square feet of GLA held by over 80 wholly owned properties and over 2.6 million square feet of GLA held by approximately 17 unconsolidated entities. Its subsidiaries include Seritage Growth Properties, L.P., Seritage SRC Finance LLC, Seritage KMT Finance LLC and Seritage SRC Mezzanine Finance LLC.
